Quality, safety and responsibility are first priority at the LÜDECKE GmbH. To make sure this promise is kept for our products, strict quality tests and certifications are carried out on a regular basis. In doing so, we meet the highest demands and prove that we fully comply with our obligation to provide proof regarding product liability. To meet current standards as best as possible, our mortar couplings and SnowMaster fittings have recently undergone another thorough TÜV certification process.

Extensive Testing and technical Documentation
The TÜV certification comes with a huge effort. Apart from a detailed technical documentation (comprising technical drawings, parts lists, packaging specifications, risk and hazard analysis as well as proofs of identical design) numerous further requirements have to be met. This is an essential test which ensures that the products are in accordance with existing norms and regulations and offer maximum safety when in use. 

Chemical Safety proven 
An integral part of the certification is the proof of chemical safety. LÜDECKE meets all applying regulations regarding the REACH directive (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and guarantees a responsible use of chemicals. Moreover, for the corresponding fittings, there are RoHS statements according to the 2011/65/EU order which excludes the use of forbidden substances. Hence, our customers can rely on continuous product safety and sustainable quality. 

TÜV logo as visual Proof for Quality
To make the certification as transparent as possible for our customers, the TÜV logo for our mortar couplings will be lasered directly onto the parts from now on. The SnowMaster fittings will be marked with a label. In doing so, our customers can immediately identify that our products have been tested according to strict standards and have been certified. Additional safety instructions ensure a proper use of the fittings. 

With this new TÜV certification, LÜDECKE sticks to its quality demands and promises to permanently meet the highest standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
