Temperature Regulation Quick Connect Couplings French System - Series ESR

The LÜDECKE quick connect couplings series ESR offer a very simple and flexible system for temperature regulation applications in a lower temperature range. 

It is a system with a straight-through passage, which guarantees high flow rates. Thanks to the different colour types of the socket and plug, media cycles can be easily differentiated, and incorrect coupling can be reduced. An enhanced locking system allows for reliable sealing of cycles.

The ESR series also convinces with quick and efficient handling via one-hand operation – perfectly suited for the plastics processing industry.

The products of the ESR series are a French system. To ensure highest flexibility, customers con choose between different connection and colour types. Soon, the quick connect couplings will also be available in further sizes.

Coloured rings on the sockets and plugs allow for quick and precise labelling of cycles. Operators can also number the cycles on the colour rings and hence guarantee a structured way of working.

The quick connect couplings of the ESR series are extremely easy to handle.

One-hand operation: To connect, push the plug into the socket. When doing so, push until you exceed the spring force of the plug's sleeve and the head locks in place in the insertion of the socket.

To disconnect, push back the plug sleeve.
