The year 2025 marks a special date for LÜDECKE. The company celebrates its 95-year anniversary.
Since its foundation in 1930, the firm has grown from a one-man operation to an internationally recognized specialist for high-quality coupling systems who places great importance on service, innovations and sustainability.

In 1930, Emil Georg Lüdecke invented the claw coupling for compressed air and in doing so laid the foundation for the medium-sized family company. Today, LÜDECKE is led in 4th generation, has been growing at a healthy rate for several years and pursues a long-term and successful strategy. For example, over the last years, the headquarter has been steadily expanded, digitalised and energetically optimised. The LÜDECKE energy campus which has just been finished recently, and which secures a sustainable energy supply for the Amberg site deserves special mentioning. A high investment rate guarantees continuous progress.

However, LÜDECKE’s centrepiece still are its products. High-quality and innovative coupling systems for different areas of application which are delivered to more than 80 countries. Apart from an extensive, continuously growing standard portfolio, LÜDECKE is known for developing complex custom-made solutions. Thanks to modern and highly efficient machinery, the company can easily implement different customer wishes. However, it is above all the premium service and the individual support which is appreciated by its customers. This often leads to interesting projects and numerous new products.
