In this system, the couplings and plugs have a shut-off valve without dead space volume. As a result, there is no air inclusion during the coupling process. This reduces the risk of leaking media to a minimum.

The construction of the products of the LiquiSafe by LÜDECKE^® series have now been adjusted and optimised to meet current demands. Above all, we would like to highlight the improved valve technology and geometry. They allow to lubricate and grease the o-rings as required. In this way, the best functionality possible, strong resistance and long durability are guaranteed – also during critical applications with aggressive media. Moreover, the entire coupling system impresses with an extra slim and ergonomic design compared to its precursor. Hence, the products can be used in tight spaces and under difficult mounting conditions. The closed sleeve position prevents dirt from collecting in the system.
