However, it is above all personal connections which make the family company so special.

This is why we are always very delighted when employees deliberately choose LÜDECKE, keep on working for us for many years and share their knowledge and know-how successfully. One of these people is production manager Hermann Bottek who is going to celebrate his 40th company anniversary. An impressive milestone for which we want to congratulate cordially.

On September 3, 1984 Hermann Bottek started his training as machinist at LÜDECKE. After successful completion, he worked as fitter for several years and subsequently as shift manager. In 2002, he took on the position as deputy production manager and in 2017 was named production manager.
Hermann Bottek lived through many interesting events with the company and had a great impact on the extension and optimisation of the production. His extensive know-how and excellent expertise in all areas of the company deserve special recognition.
It is in particular his personal outstanding commitment as works council member he has been holding for 24 years we want to point out. Of these 24 years, he represented the interests of team LÜDECKE as deputy chair of work council for 12 years and as chair of work council for another 12 years.

We thank Hermann for his loyalty as well as for his steady, great dedication and are looking forward to work together in such a harmonious way in the coming years.
