The new LÜDECKE multi-coupling is a big step towards more efficiency in temperature control technology.

The multi-coupling is a product in need of explanation. Although it is used in parallel to the mono-coupling in terms of application and field of use, it has the great advantage that several temperature circuits can be connected simultaneously, quickly, safely and easily in just one coupling process. This offers considerable advantages, especially for set-up processes on machines.

The operating principle of the system is simple. The machine side is threaded onto the tool side and both halves are connected to each other in a process-safe manner. This is done smoothly by guide centering bushing and a simple 180-degree movement of the lever until it stops. Uncoupling is done according to the same principle.

The valve technology is also analogous to the mono-coupling. The LÜDECKE multi-coupling is available as a double shut-off system, but also single shut-off and of course, straight-through. For special applications we offer high-temperature resistant o-rings, our well-known HT system.

For the connection types, you can choose between the quick-fit stems, the standard hose stems as well as female and male threads.

The delivery condition is always the machine side with the lever technology and the tool side with the two support feet and the lateral guide plates. The individual components are ordered as required.
