At the LÜDECKE Girls'Day we show you that this statement is of course not true at all!

On April 23rd, 2026, you will get the chance to learn everything about LÜDECKE and the profession of “cutting machine operator”, “industrial mechanic”, “technical product designer” as well as “IT specialist for system integration”. 

Between 09.00 am and 02.00 pm we have a great program for you:
At first, our trainers will present you everything you have to know about our apprenticeships. If you have any questions: that's your opportunity to ask him what you want to know! During a company tour we show you LÜDECKE with it's different departments and procedures. Afterwards you can test your skills in a practical exercise. The day ends with a delicious lunch in our canteen.
